The User is informed that in order to access the contents offered through this Website, personal data may be requested. Through this data protection policy, the User is informed about the data processing to be carried out by the Real Madrid Foundation. 

By accessing and registering for the services offered by the Real Madrid Foundation through this Website, the User accepts the provisions of this data protection policy. If the User does not accept this policy, he/she should not use this Website. Likewise, during the registration process, you will be able to access information on data protection as well as consents to the processing of your data, including image and/or voice data.

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the Foundation’s own activities, in particular about clinics and value training campuses, and may be subject, in some cases, to the payment of an amount of money (transaction made in Euros (€)) as a registration fee (not including recurring payments). 

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD); to Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights; and other Spanish regulations in force regarding data protection and Civil Protection of the Rights to Honour, Personal Privacy and Self-Image, we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into the Real Madrid Foundation’s Data Protection System.

Purpose of processing:

The processing of the same will have the purpose of managing the User’s participation in the activity for which he/she registers. During the registration process you may give your consent for the rest of the processing of your data, including image and/or voice data. 

The data will be kept for the duration of the consent, or where appropriate, the legal time established for each of the legal obligations arising from the processing for which consent has been given.

Legitimation for the processing of your data:

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the unequivocal consent of the User who voluntarily registers for the activity of the Real Madrid Foundation.

The data may only be used for the purposes set out in the previous section, in accordance with the principles of transparency and purpose limitation.

Likewise, during the registration process, you may give your consent to the processing.

Communication or transfer of data

The data will only be communicated in those cases where this is legally required.

Rights:

Under the terms established in the data protection regulations, you may at any time revoke the authorisation granted for the processing of personal data, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation, suppression, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to the Fundación Real Madrid (Av. de las Fuerzas Armadas 402, 28055 de Madrid) or by contacting via email: cumplimiento.fundacion@corp.realmadrid.com. We also inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
