The following are the terms of the legal agreement established between the User (person accessing and using this Website) and Real Madrid Foundation. By accessing, browsing and/or using this Website, the User declares that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms and their modifications, as well as to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The provision of the Website service is limited in duration to the time at which the User is connected to the Website or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must read this Legal Notice carefully each time he/she intends to use the Website, as the Website and its conditions of use set out in this Legal Notice may undergo modifications. If the User does not accept these terms, he/she should not use this Website.

The Website is primarily intended for Users residing in Spain. The Real Madrid Foundation makes no representation that the Website complies with the laws of other countries, either in whole or in part. If the User resides or is domiciled in any other place and decides to access and/or use this Website, he/she does so at his/her own risk and responsibility and must ensure that such access and/or use complies with applicable local legislation, and the Real Madrid Foundation accepts no liability whatsoever arising from such access.

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the Foundation’s own activities, especially about clinics and campus training in values, and may be subject, in some cases, to the payment of a sum of money (transaction made in Euros (€)) as a registration fee (not including recurring payments).

02 Intellectual and industrial property

The Real Madrid Foundation is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and is also the owner or has the corresponding licence, authorisation or cession of the intellectual, industrial and image property rights of the contents and services available through the Website; none of these rights being understood to have been ceded to the User, unless they are strictly necessary for the use of the Website.

Pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, which approves the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, regularising, clarifying and harmonising the legal provisions in force on the matter, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the express written authorisation of the Real Madrid Foundation or the third party holder of the rights affected.

The User undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the Real Madrid Foundation and/or third parties.

03 Conditions of the Website

3.1 General

The User acknowledges and accepts that access to and use of the Website takes place freely and consciously, under his/her sole responsibility.

The User undertakes to make correct and lawful use of the Website in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, good faith and public order. The User will be liable to the Real Madrid Foundation or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Website for purposes harmful to the property or interests of the Real Madrid Foundation or third parties or that in any other way overload, damage or render useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of the Real Madrid Foundation or third parties.

The following actions are also prohibited:

– The use of computer viruses or any other code, file or program that is designed or intended to interrupt, damage, or limit the operation of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, or damage or gain unauthorised access to data or other information of the Real Madrid Foundation or any third party.

– Impersonate, interfere with or disrupt the service, servers or networks connected to the services or fail to comply with the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the services.

-Use automated scripts or screen scraping to collect information or interact with the Real Madrid Foundation.  

– Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Real Madrid Foundation to create, directly or indirectly, in single or multiple downloads, a collection of data, either manually or by means of bots, crawlers or similar. Access, manipulate or use non-public areas of the Website, the computer systems of the Real Madrid Foundation or the systems of its suppliers.

– Any attempt to test the vulnerability of any Real Madrid Foundation system or network or to breach any security or authentication measures.

– Falsify or alter any Real Madrid Foundation information.

– Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble the software of the Real Madrid Foundation or third parties.

– Delete, hide or manipulate the copyright notes and other identifying data of the Real Madrid Foundation or third parties incorporated in the Contents, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted in the Contents.

– Collaborate with a third party to carry out any of the aforementioned conducts.

3.2 Individuals

The purpose of the Website is to provide information on the Foundation’s own activities, in particular on value training clinics and campuses, and may be subject, in some cases, to the payment of a sum of money (transaction made in Euros (€)) as a registration fee (not including recurring payments). Registration deadlines may be subject to the conditions of collaborators, partners and the general public, among others, as well as to the dates of the different activities. 

All information concerning data processing can be found in the data protection policy. Likewise, during the registration process, you will be able to give your consent to the processing of your data, including image and/or voice data.

In order to use the Website, the User shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If, as a result of registration, the User is provided with a code and/or password, he/she undertakes to use them diligently and to keep them secret in order to access these services. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided by Fundación Real Madrid, and undertake not to cede their use to third parties, whether temporary or permanent, nor to allow access to third parties. The User will be responsible for the use of the services by any illegitimate third party who uses a password or identification for this purpose due to non-diligent use or loss of the same by the User.

The Real Madrid Foundation reserves the right to refuse to provide the service to any person for any reason and/or to discontinue the service in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice.

3.3 Content

The User undertakes to use all the contents (training materials, documents, software, images, etc.) available on the Website and/or generated by the provision of the service, in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, good faith and public order, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of Clause One.

By way of example, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must abstain from:

a) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the contents except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by the Real Madrid Foundation in writing or by whoever holds the ownership of the exploitation rights, as the case may be.

b) Extract and/or reuse all or a substantial part of the content that the Real Madrid Foundation makes available to Users.

c) Obtain or attempt to obtain the contents using means or procedures other than those which, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose or which have been expressly indicated on the Website or, in general, those which are normally used on the Internet because they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Website and/or the Services.

3.4 Introduction of links to the Website

Users who wish to introduce links from their own web pages to the Web Site must comply with the conditions detailed below, without ignorance of these conditions avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law:

a) The link will only link to the home page or main page of the Website but may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of the texts, graphics, etc.).

b) It shall be prohibited in all cases, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at any given time, to establish frames of any kind that surround the Website or allow the contents to be viewed through Internet addresses other than those of the Website and, in any case, when they are viewed jointly with contents outside the Website in such a way that: (i) produces, or may produce, error, confusion or deception in Users as to the true origin of the service or content; (ii) involves an act of unfair comparison or imitation; (iii) serves to take advantage of the reputation of the brand and prestige of the Real Madrid Foundation; or (iv) in any other way is prohibited by current legislation.

c) The page that introduces the link may not make any false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about the Fundación Real Madrid, its founding entity (Real Madrid C.F.), trustees, employees, clients or about the quality of the services it provides.

d) Under no circumstances shall it be stated on the page where the link is located that the Real Madrid Foundation has given its consent to the insertion of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates with, verifies or supervises the services of the sender.

e) The use of any word, graphic or mixed brand or any other distinctive sign of the Real Madrid Foundation within the page of the sender is prohibited except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorised by the Real Madrid Foundation in writing and provided that, in these cases, a direct link to the Website is permitted in the manner established in this Clause.

f) The page that establishes the link must faithfully comply with the Law and may not under any circumstances provide or link to its own or third party content that: (i) is illicit, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.); (ii) induces or leads to the creation of a link to the Website, or to the creation of a link to it. ); (ii) induce or could induce in the User the false conception that the Real Madrid Foundation subscribes to, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports the ideas, statements or expressions, lawful or unlawful, of the sender; (iii) are inappropriate or irrelevant to the activity of the Real Madrid Foundation in view of the place, content and subject matter of the sender’s website.

04 Reporting of activities of an illicit and inappropriate nature

The Real Madrid Foundation has a compliance programme and its Code of Ethics and Good Governance (https://www.realmadrid.com/sobre-el-real-madrid/fundacion/transparencia – Código de Buen Gobierno) is one of the fundamental pillars of the Criminal Risk Management System. This code contains the values and guidelines that must govern our activity and which are based on the principles of responsibility, integrity, transparency and corporate ethics and which are applicable to all employees, collaborators and third parties that maintain any kind of relationship with the Real Madrid Foundation.

05 Duration and modification

The terms and conditions set forth herein may be modified, in whole or in part, by publishing any change through any type of communication addressed to Users.

The Real Madrid Foundation may delete, add or change both the contents and the services it provides, as well as the way in which they are located or presented. 

The conditions published at the time when the User accesses the Website are understood to be in force.

06 Legislation and competent jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law for the resolution of any dispute in relation to this Legal Notice or the relationship between them.
